Who's Minding the Store? Retailer Report Card Webinar

02.02.2018

How did your favorite stores rank on our 2017 Retailer Report Card? You may have been pleased to see some popular retailers—like Apple, Walmart, and Ikea—make the grade when it comes to tackling toxic chemicals. But the report card shows that other popular companies like Trader Joe's, Ace Hardware, and Hannaford parent company Ahold Delhaize received a big fat "F" for failing to take any public action to protect their customers from toxics.

You may have also wondered: How exactly did we come up with these grades? And what are companies doing to raise their rankings?

Join our executive director, Mike Belliveau, and Mind the Store campaign director Mike Schade on Wednesday, February 14, 1pm ET, for answers to these questions and more at a free webinar on the Retailer Report Card.

The hour-long webinar will take a deep-dive into the methodology for the report card; the 14 categories of criteria behind the scores; how the report card criteria aligns with the Chemical Footprint Project; how the retailers scored; and new retailer safer chemicals policies announced over the past year. After the presentation, there will be a Q&A.
